Kickboxing : Masato remporte le K-1 Max

Le Japonais Masato a remporté le K-1 Max 2008, mercredi 1er octobre à Tokyo, en battant en finale, sur décision après un extra-round, l’Ukrainien Artur Kyshenko. En demi-finale, il avait
éliminé un compatriote, Yoshihiro Sato, alors que Kyshenko s’était défait du Hollandais Andy Souwer.
A noter les bons retours de Buakaw, vainqueur par KO dans le 1er round de « Black Mamba », et d’Albert Krauss, vainqueur lui aussi par KO, mais dans le 2e round, de Kido.

The Japanese kickboxer put doubts about his speed and stamina to bed by battling to victory in two exciting bouts to capture the K-1 World Max 2008 Final Championship at the Nippon Budokan.

The K-1 World Max 2008 Final attracted a sell-out audience of 15,321 at the Nippon Budokan. All bouts were conducted under K-1 Rules. The event was broadcast live in Japan on the TBS network. For
